INTRODUCTION

Mission & Background

There is a revolution underway. A revolution in which all assets are becoming digitalized. This transition from analog to digital assets presents an opportunity, unlike anything this generation has ever seen. As we head into this new paradigm, CCS Wealth arises as a bastion of transparency and empowerment for investors. Our mission is to provide a frictionless network for exchanging and investing in all digital assets.

What Is CCS Wealth Platform?

CCS Wealth Platform is a suite of exchange and liquidity offerings expressed through a broad array of client-side applications to make the CCSOS (CCS Operating System). We have unpacked the process of trading cryptocurrency and investing in Decentralized Finance Platforms into its core components which allows the end user to leverage the specific tools they need to conquer the market. Our philosophy is to simplify and empower. This philosophy sits at the core of all our products, starting with our revolutionary CCSRouting Engines and extending to the CCSMarkets, the world’s first decentralized money market protocol.

What Is CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker?

Our lofty mission can only be made possible with the help of our CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker community. CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker is a powerful software suite for professionals looking to build a digital brokerage business. In this document, we are going to break down all the underlying facets of CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker.

HOW TO GENERATE REACCURING INCOME THROUGH CCS

Brokerage Volume

The primary drivers of the CCSOS is the CCSTrade routing engine, Money Market Interest Rates and Bonds and the fees that are derived from them. CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokers are entitled to a percentage of all trading fees paid by users as well as Money Market and Bond Interest earned by users who are directly or indirectly linked to their brokerage. This ensures that a CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker will get lifetime revenue from each customer in their brokerage. We leverage a technology called the “BrokerChain” to distribute all trading fees produced through the CCSOS.

BROKERAGE VOLUME

All The Power of An Exchange in Your Hands

THE MAKEUP OF VOLUME

Total Transactional Volume (TTV)

Total Transactional Volume represents the total volume (denominated in US Dollars) produced in a CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokerage. Traditionally companies have called this “Trading Volume”. As it is equated by multiplying the total number of transactions by the amount of Dollars that is being transacted.

What Transactions Qualify for the Brokerage Volume?

What are Total Transactional Fees (TTF)?

Total Transactional Fees represents the total fees that are charged to the end customer for processing the transaction or making the market for set transaction to be processed.

A TTF($) for a brokerage represents the amount of fees that were generated through the brokerage’s Total Transactional Volume.

How Total Transaction Fees Are Calculated Per Product?

BROKERAGE VOLUME

How Your CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker Can Generate

Direct Transactional Revenue

CALCULATING DIRECT TRANSACTIONAL REVENUE

Direct Transactional Revenue is the earnings that are generated from your CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokerage’s Direct Transactional Volume. Calculating DTR is different for each of the three products that are categorized under the Broker Volume compensation plan.

Calculating DTR For Token Broker Transactional

Token Broker Transactions are unique because it is the only CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker product whereby the Total Transaction Fees (TTF) are 100% of the Total Transactional Volume. This is because the company performing the Token Sale is generating the token at cost and lacks the need to price in a margin. Which allows the Direct Transactional Revenue to be a fixed percentage of the Direct Transactional Volume.

DTV COMMISSION RATE = 15.00%

Example:

Bob is a CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker. He is a passionate user CCS Wealth Platform. They are launching CCS Equity Token to help investors create generational wealth. Bob uses his CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker Checkout to help his friends to buy CCS Equity Token. Five of his friends use his link and purchase a total of $10,000.00 worth of CCS Equity Token. How much does Bob earn in Direct Transactional Revenue?

Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $10,000.00 Total Transactional Fees (TTF) = $10,000.00 Direct Transactional Volume (DTV) = $10,000.00
DTV Commission Rate = %15.00

Formula:

= Direct Transactional Volume x DTV Commission Rate = Direct Transactional Revenue = (DTV)(DTV CR) = DTR
= ($10,000.00)(%15.00) = $1,500.00
= DTR = $1,500.00

Calculating DTR For OTC Broker Transactions

OTC Broker Transactions occur when a CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker leverages the CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker Checkout to process fiat to cryptocurrency transactions. In this transaction the Total Transactional Volume (TTV) is the total notional value of the trade denominated in US Dollars. The Total Transactional Fees (TTF) are set as a percentage of the Total Transaction Volume (TTV) by the CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker through whose Checkout will be utilized to facilitate the transaction. In other words, the CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker who is producing the Direct Transactional Volume will determine the TTF ($) per transaction by altering the TTF (%).

Note: The CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker has the ability to change the TTF percentage for each OTC Transaction that they perform. However, whatever percentage they select becomes 100% of the TTF for that transaction.

The Direct Transactional Volume (DTV) for these transactions is calculated as a fixed percentage of the Total Transactional Fees (TTF).

DTV COMMISSION RATE = 70.00%

Example #2:

Bob is a CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker. He has long been recognized as the techie in his friend circle so whenever someone in his network wants to buy Bitcoin, they immediately turn to Bob. With the help of his CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker Checkout, he is able to help 10 of his friends buy $1000.00 worth of BTC each. In exchange for his convenient and friendly service, Bob’s clients are willing to pay a 4% premium which Bob seamlessly integrates into the checkout process. How much would Bob earn in Direct Transactional Revenue from these OTC Broker Transactions?

Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $1,000.00/volume per Txn x 10 Txn’s Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $10,000.00
Total Transactional Fees as A Percentage (TTF%) = 4.00%
Total Transactional Fees (TTF) = $400.00

Direct Transactional Volume (DTV) = Total Transactional Fees (TTF) Direct Transactional Volume (DTV) = $400.00
DTV Commission Rate (DTV CR) = 70.00%

Formula:

= Direct Transactional Volume x DTV Commission Rate = Direct Transactional Revenue = (DTV)(DTV CR) = DTR
= ($400.00)(70.00%) = $280.00
= DTR = $280.00

Calculating DTR For Digital Broker Transactions

Digital Liquidity Broker Transactions occurs when a user in your CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokerage performs a trade between two digital assets without requiring fiat liquidity. This refers to users who utilize the CCSTrade, CCSDecentral, or the CCSSecurities smart routing engines. So, as long as they entered the CCSOS through your CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker link every single transaction they perform is accredited to your CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokerage.

The TTV for Digitally Brokered Transactions equate to the notional US Dollar value of the trade at the time of transaction. Since clients tend to do multiple of these trades, you would add up the Total Transaction Volume of each trade over a set period of time to get the Total Transactional Volume. The Total Transactional Fees are set as a percentage of the Total Transactional Volume by CCS Wealth at 0.10%. This is a fixed TTF% that all CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokers and customers using the CCSTrade Routing Engines abide by. The Direct Transactional Volume in this case will always amount to 0.10% of the Total Transactional Volume.

DTV COMMISSION RATE = 35.00%

Example #3:

Bob is a CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker. He and his friends like to trade between cryptocurrencies to see who can generate the best returns. Bob shows his 4 closest friends the CCSTrade Routing System so they can save time and reduce the risk of getting hacked. Each of his 10 friends to perform 20 trades with an average $2,000.00 Total Transaction Volume per trade. How much does Bob earn from his Direct Transactional Revenue?

Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $2,000.00/volume per Txn x (20 Txn’s x 10 Users) Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $400,000.00
Total Transactional Fees as a Percentage (TTF%) = 0.10%
Total Transactional Fees (TTF) = $400.00

Direct Transactional Volume (DTV) = Total Transactional Fees (TTF) Direct Transactional Volume (DTV) = $400.00
DTV Commission Rate = 35.00%

Direct Transactional Revenue (DTR) = Direct Transactional Volume x DTV Commission Rate

Formula:

= Direct Transactional Volume x DTV Commission Rate = Direct Transactional Revenue = (DTV)(DTV CR) = DTR
= ($400.00)(35.00%) = $140.00
= DTR = $140.00

How Your CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker Can Generate

Indirect Transactional Revenue UNDERSTANDING THE BROKERCHAIN

The BrokerChain is a proprietary technology that leverages the power of private blockchains to distribute the commissions from a single transaction throughout multiple levels of CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokers.

Each transaction is input into the database and the BrokerChain will distribute allocated percentage of the transaction depending on the percentage of the transaction that the company wishes to pay to the network.

This allows all CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokers to earn a commission for every transaction that occurs as a result of their efforts irrespective of how many levels removed the transaction might be.

BrokerChain uses a privately hosted and permissioned blockchain network to validate the state of the transaction and then initiates a smart contract which divides proceeds amongst the brokers in the network. The BrokerChain ensures transparency, speed and instant fulfilment of the commissions to an infinite number of brokers.

At CCS Wealth, we use the BrokerChain to calculate and payout our affiliate brokers for all their Indirect Transactional Volume.

BrokerChain Vocabulary

1. BrokerChain – The database mechanism which collects and distributes BrokerChain Allocation.
2. BrokerChain Allocation – The percentage of the transaction that is allocated to revenue sharing via the BrokerChain.
3. BC Allocation Algorithm – Is the commission structure that the company sets in place to divide the BrokerChain Allocation.
4. BrokerChain Payout Percentage (BCP%) – Is the commission percentage of the BrokerChain Allocation that the CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker receives.
5. BrokerChain Payout – Is the commission that the CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker receives from the BrokerChain for each transaction.

Understanding BrokerChain Levels

Your BrokerChain Payout Percentage (BCP%) for any given transaction is determined by the Depth Differential between your brokerage and the CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker within your organization whose Direct User produced the transactional volume.

Depth Differential is measured in Brokerage Levels (BL’s). The greater the amount of Brokerage Levels between your brokerage and the transaction will result in you having a higher Depth Differential Score.

The higher you’re Depth Differential Score (DDS), the less of the BrokerChain Allocation you receive. This is because the broker with a DDS of one is one Brokerage Level removed from the broker whose Direct User generated the volume. So, DDS-1 is entitled to the take his BrokerChain Payout first. The amount that he gets to take is based on the BrokerChain Payout Percentage which is programmed by the company into the BrokerChain.

CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokers’ BrokerChain Payout Percentage is set at 33% of the BrokerChain Allocation.

USING BROKERCHAIN TO CALCULATE INDIRECT TRANSACTIONAL REVENUE

Indirect Transactional Revenue is the earnings that are generated from your CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokerage’s Indirect Transactional Volume. Calculating ITR is different for each of the three products that are categorized under the Broker Volume compensation plan.

Calculating IRV For Token Broker Transactions

As we discovered earlier in the compensation package, the Total Transactions Fees (TTF) are equal to the Total Transactional Volume as it pertains to Token Broker Transactions. Indirect Transactional Volume for Token Broker Transactions refers to the dollar volume of all the tokens that was sold by other CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokers in your brokerage. After paying 15% of the Total Transactional Fees to the Direct Transactional Volume of the Broker who made the sale we allocate another 5% to the BrokerChain to pay out all Brokers for whom these transactions qualify as Indirect Transactional Volume.

BROKERCHAIN ALLOCATION RATE (ITV COMMISSION RATE) = 5.00%

Example:

Bob is a CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker. He is a passionate user of CCS Wealth platform. The five friends who earlier bought CCS Equity Token from Bob have now launched their own CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokerage and have each sold $5,000.00 worth of CCS Equity Token to their customers. How much money does Bob earn in Indirect Transactional Revenue?

Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = (# of Brokers)(Direct Transactional Volume per Broker) Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = (5 Brokers)($5,000.00)
Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $25,000.00
Total Transactional Fees (TTF) = $25,000.00

Indirect Transactional Volume (ITV) = Total Transactional Fees (TTF) Indirect Transactional Volume (ITV) = $25,000.00
BrokerChain Allocation Rate (BCAR) = 5%
BrokerChain Allocation = (BCAR)(ITV)

BrokerChain Allocation = (5%)($25,000.00) BrokerChain Allocation = $1,250.00

With respect to these transactions, Bob has a Depth Differential Score of 1 and so he is entitled to the first 33.00% cut from this BrokerChain Allocation.

Bob’s BrokerChain Payout Percentage = 33.00%
The BrokerChain Allocation for DDS-1 is $1,250.00
Bob’s BrokerChain Payout Percentage = (33.00%)($1,250.00) Bob’s BrokerChain Payout Percentage = $412.50

Example #2:

Rob, one of Bob’s CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokers from Example #1 goes and finds a new CCS Wealth Affiliate Broker named Tim. Now, Tim has gone and sold $20,000.00 worth of CCS Equity Token.

a) How much does Tim earn in Direct Transactional Revenue from his sale?
b) How much does Rob earn in Indirect Transactional Revenue from Tim’s sale? c) How much does Bob earn in Indirect Transactional Revenue from Tim’s sale?

a) How much money does Tim earn in Direct Transactional Revenue from his sale?

Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $20,000.00 Total Transactional Fees (TTF) = $20,000.00

Direct Transactional Volume (DTV) = $20,000.00 DTV Commission Rate = %15.00

Formula:

= Direct Transactional Volume x DTV Commission Rate = Direct Transactional Revenue = (DTV)(DTV CR) = DTR
= ($20,000.00)(%15.00) = $3000.00
= DTR = $3000.00

b) How much does Rob earn in Indirect Transactional Revenue from Tim’s sale?

With respect to Tim’s transactions, Rob has a Depth Differential Score of 1 and so he is entitled to the first 33.00% cut from this BrokerChain Allocation.

Rob’s BrokerChain Payout Percentage = 33.00%
The BrokerChain Allocation for DDS-1 is $1,000.00
Rob’s BrokerChain Payout Percentage = (33.00%)($1,000.00) Rob’s BrokerChain Payout Percentage = $333.33

c) How much does Rob earn in Indirect Transactional Revenue from Tim’s sale?

Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $20,000.00 Total Transactional Fees (TTF) = $20,000.00 Indirect Transactional Volume (DTV) = $20,000.00 BrokerChain Allocation Rate (BCAR) = 5% BrokerChain Allocation = (BCAR)(ITV) BrokerChain Allocation = (5%)($20,000.00) BrokerChain Allocation = $1,000.00

With respect to Tim’s transactions, Bob has a Depth Differential Score of 2 and so he is entitled to the second 33.00% cut from this BrokerChain Allocation.

Calculating IRV For OTC Broker Transactions

In this transaction, the Total Transactional Volume (TTV) is the total notional value of the trade denominated in US Dollars.

However whatever percentage they select becomes 100% of the TTF for that transaction.

The Indirect Transactional Volume (ITV) for these transactions is calculated as a fixed percentage of the Total Transactional Fees (TTF).

BROKERCHAIN ALLOCATION RATE (ITV COMMISSION RATE) = 10.00%

Example #1:

Calculating IRV For Digital Broker Transactions

As expressed in the previous sections, the company has set a fixed fee for all digitally brokered transactions of 0.10%. This fixed fee is what determines a brokerages Total Transactional Fees based on how much Total Transactional Volume is produced. Indirect Transactional Revenue is extracted from these fees and distributed through the BrokerChain.

BROKERCHAIN ALLOCATION RATE (ITV COMMISSION RATE) = 15.00%

Example #1:

One of Bob’s 10 trader friends named Joe launched their own CCS Wealth Affiliate Brokerage. Joe’s cousins Andrew was coincidentally starting a hedge fund and Joe on-boarded him into the CCSOS. In month one, Andrew’s hedge fund trader $1,750,000.00. How much does Bob earn in Indirect Transactional Revenue from these transactions?

Total Transactional Volume (TTV) = $1,750.000.00
